You can request a review if:
you believe there has been a mistake in issuing the naughty status
there are other reasons that contributed to your naughty behaviour
Deadline for your request
If you're name is on the naughty list, you can make a request for review anytime before 24 December 2023, 5pm (AEST).
Review Fees
Due to budgetary pressures and increases in operational costs the DCA has implemented a nominal fee for naughty status reviews. This cost-recovery mechanism will enable the DCA to continue to deliver a diverse range of services and achieve it's policy outcomes.
