DCA's Naughty and Nice list has grown exponentially Christmas after Christmas
The sheer size and scale of the list has meant the hardworking elves in the department's Global Behaviour Tracking Network have found themselves snowed under manually compiling, updating and curating the list. Even with the support of the Christmas Compliance division, outdated business processes have resulted in significant inefficiencies.
This has led to an increase in the processing and turnaround times required to add new names to the list and conduct any requested naughty list reviews.
But thanks to the innovative develfopers in IT, this is all about to change with the launch of the DCA's new and improved Naughty and Nice list.
The Naughty and Nice list features:
Real-time naughty or nice status updates thanks to a live feed from the Global Behaviour Tracking Network's Data and Analytics Networked Compliance Enforcement Register (otherwise known as D.A.N.C.E.R).
The ability to check your list twice, to make sure you're nice, on a mobile device.
A responsive search function that lets you easily check the naughty or nice status of family, friends, colleagues and frenemies.
State-of-the-art cybersecurity controls and the highest level of encryption to ensure your Christmas data remains safe and secure.
The ability to raise a dispute and have your naughty status reviewed if you disagree with the department's findings.
The improvements to the Naughty and Nice list would not have been possible without the support of the DCA's dedicated and generous staff, managers and executive team.
If your name is missing from the list, you can submit a name.
If you believe your name has been added to the naughty list incorrectly, you can request a review.
