The Christmas Experience Policy sets standards for holiday experience quality, helping to create joyful moments by focusing on the entire Christmas journey.
This policy exists to take the stress out of the holiday season. It supports the unsung heroes who make Christmas happen — the ones navigating crowded carparks, untangling tree lights, assembling gifts into the night, and cooking up festive feasts for hungry family and friends.
By focusing on clear standards, the Christmas Experience Policy makes the season smoother and more enjoyable. It’s about easing common frustrations and ensuring everyone can share in the joy of the holidays.
These practical guidelines aim to reduce the chaos and bring some extra cheer. From streamlining processes to better communication, the standards are here to make Christmas simpler, brighter, and a little more magical for everyone involved.
The Christmas Experience Policy will be effective from 25 December 2024. Christmas services delivered on or after this date will be subject to the requirements under the Christmas Experience Policy. Compliance monitoring processes will also commence from this date.
